Ordered a third one, it also reads 164 as the voltage in. Called Pyle technical (what a joke) & they said, just return it. Ordered a second one, it reads 158 volts. Checked all of the outlets on the unit, they also read 124.7. Checked the plug with a volt meter, it reads 124.7. It showed up & when plugged in, the screen reads 164 volts coming from the wall plug. Ordered a PS900 power conditioner/sequencer for my home audio system. Ībsolutely horrible company to deal with. I would tell people to think twice before buyiny from them because there warranty policy sucks the worst place i had ever had to deal with you cant even speak to someone its all done by e-mail and a long waiting period before you even hear from them. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks before i would get it back even bought a extended warranty for 3 years but it dosent start until the unit is one year old now im stuck with junk. They told me they need a screen shot of proof of reciet sent that in a couple of days later they replied that i had to pay for shipping and handling to send it to them so they can check it out to see if it could be repaired or if they would consider sending me a new one. The only way to contact them is by e-mail what a joke takes a day or two before you hear from them told them the volume is turned up all the way and its no where as loud as it was when i had it turned up half way. Bought a 3000 watt model P3301BAT pyle Reciever didnt even last 9 months called them because it has a 1 year warranty.
